1. RUN A TROUBLESHOOTER
1) On your keyboard, press Windows key + S at the same time.
2) In the search bar, type troubleshooting and click on the search result.
3) Click on the Play Audio Files entry and then click Run the troubleshooter.
Then let the program guide you through the solution steps.
5) Restart your PC and test if your sound problem is solved by the troubleshooter.

4. INSTALL THE ORIGINAL AUDIO DRIVER
1) On your keyboard, press Windows key + R at the same time.
2) In the Run dialog, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
3) Double click on Sound, video, and game controllers to access the hidden list.
Right-click your sound card and select Uninstall device. (If your external audio device requires a driver, uninstall it as well.)
4) Tick Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall .
5) Restart your PC after uninstalling it. Windows will automatically reinstall the audio driver. Check if this solution solved your problem.
